When you have a bike, you have to take care of it! Our service package (coming soon) allows you to put your bike in the hands of a professional twice a year, in order to anticipate possible problems related to the daily use of the bike. After 2 months of use, the first service will allow the wheel spokes to be adjusted as well as possible. The following service will be spaced 6 months apart.
A problem with the bike? Contact our after-sales service using the assistance request form to make an appointment with our Guardians or Cyclofix for a repair at home or in the office. Depending on your request and the nature of the problem, we may have to collect your bike to take it to our workshops to speed up its repair.
